We support and endorse the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth) and the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 (Commonwealth) and will comply with these principles whenever personal information as defined by the Act is collected by the College.
